And right now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to make it all happen for our Auckland clients.
Your new job
You’ll be just as good at growing client relationships as you are at creating new ones from scratch, which is good, because this role involves both. It’s a bit of account management, a bit of business development, and a lot of that magic that makes it all look easy. Sound like you? We thought so. You’ll have a keen eye for opportunities, always ready to support your clients’ talent attraction strategies by selling our recruitment, media and creative solutions to fit. You also have that rare knack for anticipating your clients’ future needs – even before they do, a skill you’ve fine-tuned in your experience in a similar role in the recruitment field.
This is a busy role where the pace is fast and no two days are the same – really. While we’re pretty prolific nationwide, Auckland is your domain. That means you’ll support some of our most important clients. You’ll be out engaging with your base one day, in the office helping make their recruitment strategies a reality the next. You’ll even occasionally escape the capital for a bit of travel, supporting our clients as far down as Hamilton.
Yours will be a real growth region for us. We’re excited to find a well-established recruiter or agency AD who knows the Auckland recruitment market as well as they know you. If you’ve got big networks in the region, and the ambition and drive to deliver above and beyond on all your projects, you’ll thrive.
