If you come to us with an understanding of how health recruitment works in the public sector, that’s ideal…but definitely not essential. With the right resourcefulness paired with proven success in volume recruitment, you’ll thrive here. This is not a gig for someone who wants to sit back and let the work land in their lap. We’re after a true relationship builder and consultant – someone who’s as comfortable winning clients, as they are winning candidates.
