A leading construction company are looking for a talented administrator to join their Dunedin team for a 12-month contract role.
In this role you'll provide integral administrative support to both Project Managers and Site Managers, ensuring the smooth running of construction projects. Key duties will include:
- Managing project documentation systems
- Maintaining and updating construction plans and documents
- Contract administration
- Processing timesheets
- Ad-hoc admin support
Previous administration experience is essential. You'll have a meticulous eye for detail and excellent organization and time management skills. Ideally, you'll have worked for a construction company previously, however this is not essential.
