What is a Talent Solutions Consultant, I hear you ask. Well, in a nutshell it’s all about tapping into that 360 recruitment experience you’re so well regarded for. Yep, you’re the maestro of managing that end-to-end process; the whiz at wowing both candidates and clients with a supportive yet super strategic approach. You’ll partner with construction and engineering companies across New Zealand, and beyond – taking an existing desk and making it your own by adding that magic that’s got you where you are today! In an ideal world, you’ll come with some already formed knowledge of the construction or engineering space.
You’ll be just as good at growing client relationships as you are at creating new ones from scratch, which is good, because this role involves both. It’s a bit of recruitment account management, a bit of business development, and a lot of that spark that makes it all look easy. Sound like you? We thought so. You’ll have a keen eye for opportunities, always ready to support your clients’ talent attraction strategies by selling our recruitment, media and creative solutions to fit. You also have that rare knack for anticipating your clients’ future needs – even before they do, a skill you’ve fine-tuned in your experience in a similar role in the recruitment field.
