Now, we’re looking for a Senior Media Specialist to lead the way in developing and managing strategic media plans for a key client.

What You’ll Do:
Client Engagement – Be the go-to media expert, building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and clients.
Strategic Planning – Develop tailored media strategies aligned with client goals and backed by data-driven insights.
Execution Oversight – Manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns, from planning to placement and optimisation.
Market Research – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Education & Collaboration – Educate clients and internal teams on best practices and evolving media trends.
Strategic Recommendations – Use your expertise in media and consumer behaviour to drive meaningful results.
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Proven experience managing large, complex client portfolios
✔ Deep expertise in media strategy, preferably within recruitment marketing
✔ Strong technical skills across various media and advertising platforms
✔ Familiarity with Talent Acquisition is a plus
✔ Experience working in a matrix organisation

Based in Wellington, this role will initially be a 3-4 month contract with the intention for permanent extension. We operate a high trust environment, with a hybrid working structure, connecting as a team three days a week in the office. We take pride not only in our work but our epic snack draw, we host regular engagement events and generally like to have a lot of fun!
