This role is about making things happen and pushing boundaries. Every client is different, and so are our solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Client engagement – Support media strategy and foster strong client relationships
• Media planning – Help craft data-driven, goal-aligned media strategies
• Campaign management – Manage campaigns from planning to optimisation
• Market research – Track trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Education & collaboration – Share media insights with clients and teams
• Digital advertising – Use platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics to drive results

What you’ll bring:

• Experience managing client portfolios, ideally in recruitment marketing
• Strong skills in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics
• Talent Acquisition knowledge is a bonus
• Collaborative mindset
