What the role involves
This is a phone-based role in our inbound contact centre, where you’ll be:
- Speaking with customers and answering their questions
- Guiding people through finance solutions in a clear, helpful way
- Working closely with your team to make sure things run smoothly
- Following compliance processes and keeping accurate records
You’ll be part of a busy environment, but you won’t be doing it alone, we’ve got your back with full training, supportive leaders, and collaborative team culture.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need experience in finance to apply, we’ll teach you what you need to know. What we’re really looking for is:
