In this role you will:
Partner with a portfolio of existing clients, including long-term RPO relationships, across diverse industries.
Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from candidates through to senior leaders. This is about delivering to and growing the partnerships we have.
You'll manage a portfolio and lead proactive sourcing activity, building talent networks and market insights.
You'll work alongside our internal specialists, collaborating and guiding to deliver for clients.
What you’ll bring:
Client/ Hiring manager facing recruitment experience from agency, in-house, or both.
Proven success in proactive sourcing and engaging hard-to-reach talent.
A track record of building trusted, enduring relationships.
You're confident, resilient, organised, adaptable, and motivated by delivering outcomes that matter.
