Credit Solutions Specialist – Front-End Contact Centre
Location: Auckland | Type: Full-time (40 hours, Monday -Thursday 10-6.30pm Friday 8-5pm)
We’re looking for a Credit Solutions Specialist to join our Front-End Contact Centre in Auckland. This role puts you right at the heart of helping customers who are experiencing financial difficulty. You’ll be the first point of support, using your empathy, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset to guide customers toward tailored, workable solutions. You’ll help people navigate sensitive situations while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling inbound and outbound contact with customers in arrears
• Working collaboratively with customers to identify and implement practical solutions
• Explaining financial information clearly and respectfully
• Accurately updating customer records and internal systems
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure seamless support for customers
• Balancing customer needs with business requirements while maintaining compliance
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills
• A calm, empathetic approach, even when conversations are tough
• Previous experience in a contact centre, financial services, or a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong organisational skills and confidence using systems and tools
• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute positively within a supportive team
• A mindset of continuous learning and openness to development
