Recruitment Consultant – Technology/IT
HainesAttract is looking for an experienced Talent Solutions Consultant to hit the ground running, taking responsibility for full end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of existing clients in the technology space. We’ve got a solid pipeline that needs a capable, savvy recruiter to meet our client’s needs.
We’re HainesAttract, we’ve been helping companies attract, engage and hire talent for over 100 years. Three years ago we launched our LookSee programme to the market, attracting international talent to ensure New Zealand based organisations have the skills to grow, whilst helping migrants make Aotearoa home.
We do this by marketing engaging content across the latest media channels to attract the best candidates from all over the world. What we are doing captured the world’s attention, and we’ve since been featured in the UK Guardian, Mashable, NY Times, and the world all over. Our recruitment team deliver tailored solutions to suit each recruitment challenge – through one off hires to campaign led solutions.
You’ll be working with a number of established clients and also have the freedom to grow your own portfolio. You’ll need to be able to talk to people at a range of levels from our candidates, clients, colleagues and CEO’s. Your natural empathy, curiosity and desire to succeed will ensure you’re able to build a range of relationships supported by a candidate manager.
We focus on growing our business from the talent within, and with a strong history in innovation and developing our services to the market this is an exciting opportunity. We’re looking for attitude, energy and the ability to connect face to face, over the phone, networking and more, to meet and greet the market. Experience in the technology and IT industry as a recruiter is essential, but we’re also looking for someone with the people and engagement skills, who we can support and develop. Whilst we all work autonomously, you’ll be part of a small tight knit team and being a team player is key.
