We’re looking for a driven, passionate DevOps engineer who knows their way around our existing software with their eyes closed and can build and deploy new, intuitive environments that help us help businesses around the world. Sound like you?
You’ll be driven by your desire to diagnose problems and provide solutions. You won’t be thrown when things change (and they do change, often); you’ll get straight into bringing our platforms up to speed. You’ll be experienced with source control (git, branding, pull requests) and will have basic SQL querying skills along with the ability to automate within the CI/CD process and script using PowerShell, Python, Bash or other shell flavours.
And your hands-on experience managing an AWS environment – ideally CloudFormation, DataPipeline, DynamoDB, ECS, EC2, ElasticSearch, IAM, Lambda, RDS or S3 – will be put to good use!

While we’re an international company, New Zealand is our control centre. Across our two local offices we are one cohesive, high-performing team. Being based in ideally the rural splendour of Palmy but potentially the beating heart of Welly, you’ll enjoy the support of a team of people who work hard and work well – every day.
In order to provide support to our customers in a follow-the-sun model you will be required to acknowledge and progress all P1 and P2 customer tickets during your working day and provide a handover to your colleagues. As such this role is part of an on-call rotation from 3pm to midnight.
