We have two products serving different industries: Docuvera focuses on SaaS solutions for the Life Sciences content lifecycle, while Author-it focuses on e-learning and technical publications. We’re scaling up our product offering and building on our impressive client base - and we’re doing it fast. Our focus is on growing our client base and keeping customers happy while building a stronger brand around the globe.
This role is to be worked remotely out of anywhere in the Auckland region, reporting to the Vice President Sales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced intermediate-level account manager with a background in SaaS or Enterprise software. Or you might be an account manager, business development or salesperson who has worked 2-5 years in the software/ICT industry – either way we’re looking for a special person with confident, collaborative communication skills. You’ll have the drive to work remotely and independently with the ability to think both creatively and analytically - all while bringing a healthy dose of optimism to the role. We want to hear from you if you have a startup/think-outside-the-box mentality, a sense of humor, and are someone who thrives in a fast-paced, everchanging environment – so this role should pique your interest!
