We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Solutions Specialist to join the Finance Now team in Auckland (Full time – 40 hours Monday to Friday)
The Credit Solutions division is a core part of our business and is divided into two teams, front-end contact centre and portfolio support. This position requires flexibility and will include managing sensitive customer communication, resolving arrears, and above all else providing excellent customer service.

What are the daily responsibilities this person will complete?
“You’ll play a crucial role in empathetically guiding individuals to understand and manage their financial obligations, using your skills in communication and problem-solving to help them navigate challenging situations. Can you tell us more about the Credit Solutions Team and the Culture?

What will the onboarding look like within your team?
“We know how important the first few months are for new starters and we believe having a hands-on practical approach is essential. New starters are buddy-ed up with a team leader and will be shown the ropes, taken through our systems, and will be provided with plenty of support. We ensure we have set someone up for success.”
