Key Account Manager
The fact you’re reading this is a sign in itself.
You’re looking for something more - a role with genuine purpose, where the work you do directly supports people who spend their days supporting others. You’re open to opportunity, but it has to feel right. The right place, the right people, the right kind of impact.
The good news is, at Arrow Uniforms, ‘the right fit’ is something we specialise in… literally and figuratively. As we grow, helping healthcare professionals feel comfortable, confident, and ready for their day is at the heart of what we do. And if you join us, it will be at the heart of what you do, too.
This role is about relationships. Nurturing them, strengthening them, and becoming a trusted link between our products and the people who wear them every day.
You’ll spend your time listening, observing, gathering insights, and spotting opportunities to help us help frontline healthcare staff. You’ll be the one ensuring our uniforms are fit for purpose, genuinely comfortable, and trusted in clinical environments. And because you’ll be hearing this feedback directly from healthcare professionals, you’ll play an important role in informing our product development, line expansion, and change management work.
You can expect to spend up to three days a week onsite at hospitals and healthcare facilities - engaging with clinicians, talking to those who wear our gear, and partnering with the key contacts responsible for ordering. This does mean domestic travel is part of the job, but it also means you’ll see the real-world impact of your work up close.
Trust will be central to your success here. One of our core beliefs is respect for people, especially those we serve. We have deep respect for the people behind the uniform: the ones who show up every day to protect us, transport us, care for us, and support our communities. Our job is to support them — and to help keep them safe, comfortable, and ready for the work they do.
Excellence for us means being world-class. We hold ourselves to a higher standard in everything we deliver, every relationship we build, and every detail that matters.
As a business we’re in this for the long haul, and we’re looking for someone who feels the same. You’ll bring significant experience in a customer-facing, relationship-led role - ideally gained in a healthcare or health-adjacent environment. Because when you’ve worked in (or alongside) healthcare, you naturally pick up the qualities that’ll see you shine here: calm professionalism, high EQ, exceptional communication skills, and a real knack for collaborative problem-solving.
Self-sufficiency is essential, and so is tenacity - not the pushy kind, but the steady, dependable kind that keeps partnerships strong and meaningful.
If you’re ready for a role where relationships matter, where purpose is felt daily, and where your work supports people who support our nation, we’d love to meet you.
