• Lead structural design and manage projects from preliminary design to construction monitoring.
• Work on a variety of projects, from seismic assessments to large commercial designs.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, providing innovative and practical solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (Washington Accord recognized).
• 3-5+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in seismic design and structural software like Etabs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead a team.
