What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute a plan to increase revenue, market share, and expansion into Brisbane and beyond.
• Sales & Marketing Leadership: Elevate our brand, drive market engagement, and strengthen relationships with developers and architects.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Improve supply chain efficiency, risk management, and overall profitability.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 10, ensuring clear communication, structure, and accountability.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Work closely with key shareholders, industry partners, and clients to drive success.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business growth and commercial leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management & financial acumen.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience expanding into international markets (preferred but not essential).
