We’re working with consulting engineering firms across New Zealand who are looking to connect with qualified professionals interested in relocating. These roles span design, project delivery, advisory, and leadership positions within the built environment — with a particular focus on civil infrastructure.
Typical disciplines and job titles include:
Civil Engineering – General & Land Development
Civil Design Engineer – Working on the design of roads, drainage, water, and wastewater systems for residential, commercial, and public sector projects.
Land Development Engineer – Leading design and project delivery for subdivisions, site development, and infrastructure upgrades.
Three Waters Engineer – Focused on water supply, stormwater, and wastewater design and modelling.
Civil Project Manager – Overseeing multidisciplinary project delivery, client relationships, and team coordination.
Transport & Infrastructure
Transportation Engineer – Planning and designing transport networks, intersection upgrades, and active transport infrastructure.
Traffic Engineer / Modeller – Providing analysis, modelling, and signal design for urban and regional projects.
Roading Engineer – Involved in pavement design, rehabilitation, and construction oversight for local and state highway projects.
Geotechnical & Structural Engineering

Roles exist at multiple levels, from Intermediate Engineers with 3–5 years of experience to Senior, Principal, and Technical Director levels.
